Control Room Operation
Our control room is the central coordination point for Amon Security Services, connecting guards, supervisors, patrol teams and management across our operations. Supported by a secure, encrypted two-way radio network, our control room operators help maintain constant communication and coordinate an effective response when incidents or alerts arise.
How Our Control Room Works
The control room works alongside our electronic patrol verification system, allowing supervisors to identify missed checkpoints, monitor reported incidents and initiate follow-up actions. This creates a clear communication link between the people on the ground and the teams responsible for managing operations.
